Michelle Keegan has insisted she’s “really not sexy”, despite being named Sexiest Female at the Inside Soap Awards.

The Coronation Street star, who plays feisty Tina McIntyre in the ITV1 soap, said she often heads to the supermarket in her pyjamas.

The 22-year-old said: “I’m really not sexy – I’m honestly not – you should see me in the day.”

She continued: “I’m dead dressed down. I look more like a scruff. I go to Asda’s in my pyjamas – not sexy.”

She it was a “big, big shock” to win the award, and was “very flattered” by the honour.

The actress also insisted that she does little to keep in shape, although she has started going to the gym once or twice a week “if I can be bothered”.

She added: “I eat in moderation, but I do love my junk food. I love McDonalds, I like my KFC I love eating out. So I love my food.”

Coronation Street star Michelle Keegan has insisted that she has natural breasts.

The 22-year-old actress, who plays Tina McIntyre on the ITV1 drama, admitted that rumours of a secret boob job started spreading after she was snapped at the beach.

Speaking about her soap character, Keegan told the Daily Star Sunday: “She’s always pretty covered up. I think that’s why the rumour started that I’d had a boob job. I got pictured in a bikini and people were like, ‘They’re huge – she must have had her boobs done’.

“But I can assure you that they are all mine. I have always been big – I get it from my mum’s side of the family. They have all got huge chests.

“Tina wears a lot of T-shirts and jackets so when you see me on screen they don’t look that big. The clothes she wears don’t show them off at all. But I’m a 30DD. And trust me, if you saw them in the flesh, you can tell that they are real!”

Keegan recently claimed that she was a “late developer” and didn’t feel comfortable with her appearance until she left school.
